How to report a move-in online
You can apply for moving-in through the Internet. In the past, if you went to the community center and reported moving in, now you can easily report moving in through the Civil Service 24 website and check the result of the process, so you can do your work without visiting the community center.
You can apply for moving-in notification only when you visit the community center in the area you want to move in. However, if you are traveling or in a remote area and it is difficult to go to the community center and report your move-in, you can simply report your move-in through the Internet.
You can report moving in without having to visit the website anyway. You must have an accredited certificate to report moving in, so you must have an accredited certificate.

If yu do not have an existing ID, we will try to simply log in as a non-member. It seems more convenient to apply for a non-member than to register as a member and proceed.
When logging in as a non-member, please enter only your name, resident registration number, address, and the numbers displayed on the input confirmation, check all the boxes at the bottom of the page and click the Apply button.
Then, as shown in the image below, a menu will appear where you can write a move-in report. After checking the relationship with the head of the household at the time of moving-in report, check the moving-in category and moving-out category carefully, then click the Next Step button.
Please include your personal information and address carefully on the moving-in notification form. Please note that when entering the place of residence before, it is possible to simply enter the address by looking up the address of the former residence. Please click next step.
Please prepare an official certificate as you need to log in with an authorized certificate in the address search section of the transfer location. Also, please note that the application can be made through the official certificate of the person reporting the move-in.
Finally, write your name in the signature section, and when you have entered the applicant’s phone number, click the Apply for Complaint button.
If the application is successfully completed, you will see the information on precautions as shown in the image below. Please read it once and click the OK button.
After the application is complete, you can check the details of the transfer report.
You can check the application details screen immediately, and you can also check the contact information of the person in charge. If the handling is not carried out properly, you can contact us through the complaint number.
We have registered as non-members. If you want to access the site again later and check the results of the complaint handling, click the My Complaints Results menu in the My Page menu as shown in the image below.
Then, enter your name and resident registration number that you entered at the time of application, check all the personal information collection consent boxes at the bottom of the page, and click OK to check the processing process.
