Today, let’s take a look at how to get a Kakao Bank transfer confirmation certificate very easily.
Documents can be issued through mail or PC. As you will see later, a fee is charged and if issued through Kakao Bank PC, it is possible for free. Then we’ll move on.
How to issue Kakao Bank Transfer Confirmation Certificate – PC 카카오뱅크 pc 로그인
First of all, you need to have the Kabang app installed, right?
After accessing the app, click the customer center in the upper left corner. After that, you will see a certificate issuance under customer support as shown in the image on the right. Click on this section.

Then, as you can see in the middle image, you will see the deposit balance confirmation, the balance certificate, and the account opening confirmation. Click on that part. Then, a message about the certificate guide will appear, and after connecting to the PC, a message asking you to obtain a PC output from Customer Center -> My Certificate will appear.
After confirming the certificate guide, click Next to go to the step of selecting the issuance method.
As mentioned above, requests can also be made via PC or mail. If you choose to mail, a shipping fee will be charged, and it will take about 5 business days.
It seems that 3,000 won is incurred by mail.
I will choose the output method through Kakao Bank PC. If you click Next after checking the number of issued copies, the step of selecting an account to issue a certificate appears. Please select an account that requires a Kakao Bank transfer confirmation.
You can check the transfer date and amount by inquiring the period of the account.
Check the part that came out after inquiry and click Apply after final confirmation as shown in the image on the right.
A message will appear indicating that the application for the final Kakao Bank transfer confirmation has been completed.
If you click OK, you can check the details that have been issued to you in the last year. Now, you need to log in to Kakao Bank PC. We’ll go straight ahead.
Issuance of transfer confirmation through Kakao Bank PC login method
If you search for Kakao Bank on Naver, you can access the website as shown above. After logging in, you can check the certificate section below by looking at the customer center at the top. Click on the certificate.
You will then be prompted to log in to your PC.
It seems that all the details of the certificate can be checked.
When you click Login, the Kakao Bank PC login method appears at the bottom like this.
You can log in with a QR code, and you can also use an authentication number. I will log in through the QR code.
Now, come back to the Cabin app.
On the first screen, if you go to the entire screen and look at the top right, you can see the app settings, right? Click on that part. Then, as shown on the right, you will see the PC connection section and click PC login here.
Of both QR code and verification code login, I will try to log in through QR code.
When you verify the QR code on the screen, it appears that you are logged in to Kakao Bank PC as shown on the right. In addition, if you click Next on the screen that appears on your PC for login, the final login is completed.
In this way, a message indicating that you have logged in at a certain point in time is displayed, and the log-in history is also sent as a text message.
