3) Complaint information and application
This is the application page for reading the land ledger and issuance of a certified copy. Click the [Apply] button at the bottom.
Although it is mentioned in the above guide, in the case of land ledger, if you visit the ward office or community center and issue the issuance, you will incur a cost of 500 won for certified copy and 300 won for reading for 1 lot of land.
Internet issuance is a little cheaper, but an additional fee of 50 won is incurred. A fee of 300 won for Internet issuance and 200 won for reading is incurred for 1 lot of land.
Basically, land ledger reading is a paid service. However, if the land owner issues and reads the land ledger through electronic civil petitions, it can be used free of charge.
4) Login
This service is available to both members and non-members, but if you are a member, you can browse more conveniently. If you have only an accredited certificate on your computer, you can log in immediately by registering the accredited certificate on the government 24 website and receiving only the accredited certificate. If you are applying as a non-member, there is a procedure for agreeing to the terms and conditions for consent to collection and use of personal information.

Both a certified copy of the land ledger and the reading of the land ledger are available here. The procedure for issuing a land ledger certificate is as follows:
At the top, select ‘Issue land (Imae) ledger certificate’. Then, enter the land information (target land location, etc.) for which you want to issue a certified copy in the application details at the bottom. You can also search for a local address using the search function.
And select the method of receiving the land ledger. If you would like to receive an online issuance and print it out on a printer, select Online Issuance (personal print) and click the [Apply for a civil complaint] button at the bottom.
6) Land (forest) book reading
The case of perusing the land ledger is not much different from the above method of issuing a certified copy. The process of searching and entering land ledger information is the same, but there is no selection method for receipt. Since the service is provided in the form of reading directly on a computer, there is no separate method for receiving.
After selecting the land you want to view and the content to be written on the ledger, click the [Apply for civil complaint] button at the bottom.
For reference, this document can also be printed out for the purpose of reading the land ledger, but the document for reading has no legal effect even if printed with a printer. Therefore, it does not matter if you are reading it simply for confirmation, but if you want to submit the land ledger to a place where you want it to have legal effect, please select and print out a copy of the land ledger instead of reading it.
