It is a type of honorary resident card issued to areas with declining population to promote tourism in areas that are experiencing a population extinction crisis.
If you create a digital tourist ID card, you can receive various travel discount benefits such as accommodations, food, beverages, sightseeing, and experiences.

→ Select a local government to issue a digital tourist resident card and receive it
→ Show your digital tourist ID card to the staff at the destination you are visiting to receive the discount!
* You can issue a digital tourist identification card by scanning the digital tourist identification card QR code on site and accessing the page.
■ What if it was issued?
Check out the various benefits by region!
Select the travel region for which you have been issued a ‘Digital Tourist Resident Card’ on My Page and travel while enjoying various benefits provided by region, such as sightseeing, experiences, food and beverage, and lodging!
The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism will expand the areas where the ‘Digital Tourism Resident Card’ can be used so that citizens can enjoy various benefits necessary for local travel.

· How to apply: Submit an application for public offering at the basic local government level in a declining population area
